3 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> June 24, 2021 <br /> APPOINTMENTS &HEARINGS <br /> Catherine Laurent- Application: Ockway Bay Boat Ramp Improvement Project Phase III: <br /> (continued) <br /> Motion made by Mr.Larkin to approve and recommend to the October 2021 Town <br /> Meeting,the Ockway Bay Boat Ramp Improvement Project Phase III in the amount of <br /> $425,000 with CPA funding to derive from the Budget for Appropriation Reserve. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Hyde. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 8-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mrs. Thayer, yes Mr. Hyde, yes Mr. Larkin, yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Smith,yes Ms. Barbee, yes Mr. Shackett,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> COMMUNICATION & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Correspondence from Conservation Agent: Correspondence was received from Andrew <br /> McManus, Conservation Agent requesting the Community Preservation Committee defer the <br /> application entitled Acquisition of Gooseberry Island for Open Space for consideration at the <br /> May 2022 Special Town Meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Reorganization-, Election of Chair, Vice-Chair and Clerk for FY22: <br /> A brief discussion followed with respect to the matter of Reorganization. Due to uncertainties in <br /> this present climate, it was agreed the makeup of Officers would remain status quo for FY2022. <br /> Chairman—Andrew Gottlieb <br /> Vice-Chairman—Dawn Thayer <br /> Clerk—Brian Hyde <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to support the makeup of the Community Preservation <br /> Committee as defined. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Smith. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 8-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mrs. Thayer,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Mr. Larkin, yes <br /> Ms.Waygan,yes Mr. Smith,yes Ms. Barbee,yes Mr. Shackett,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br />
