MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br /> TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2021, 2:00 p.m. <br /> WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> *In-person Meeting —MASKS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS* <br /> Present:Al Towle, Ken Dunn, Mike Rapacz,Joe Lyons, Anne Malone <br /> Public: Chris Gallagher,Anastasia Rudenko,Andy Gottlieb <br /> 2:00 p.m. — Convene Meeting Chairman Rapacz called the meeting to order at 2:06pm. <br /> Approval of minutes: August 17, 2021 &September 2, 2021 <br /> Mr. Lyons motioned to approve the 8/17/21 minutes. <br /> Mr. Towle seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: 5-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Lyons; yes <br /> Mr. Dunn; yes <br /> Mr. Rapacz; yes <br /> Ms. Malone; yes <br /> Mr. Towle; yes <br /> In favor, 5; Opposed, 0; Abstentions,0 <br /> Mr. Lyons motioned to approve the 9/2/21 minutes with amendment. <br /> Mr. Towle seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: 5-0-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Lyons; yes <br /> Mr. Dunn; yes <br /> Mr. Rapacz; yes <br /> Ms. Malone; yes <br /> Mr. Towle; yes <br /> In favor, 5; Opposed, 0; Abstentions,0 <br /> Discussion re: GHD —Tasks and scheduling <br /> Anastasia Rudenko from GHD reviewed updates on two permit applications that went out. The <br /> 1st permit was for a construction permit, the 2"d was for the SRF permit. They anticipate the SRF <br /> will take about a month long review. <br /> Mr. Rapacz asked Chris Gallagher about easements. Chris Gallagher said he has a meeting with <br /> Summerwood on Saturday to speak with the owners and give a presentation. He spoke with Sea <br /> Oaks, they weren't comfortable with easements at first,so we reworded and they are satisfied. <br /> The October 4 Selectmen's meeting will talk about eminent domain. We're on track with <br />
