ORDERED: That the CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and NEW ENGLAND TE LEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY ,. be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to maintain poles and their respec- tive wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies . may deem necessary, in the public way or ways h reina-f ter referred to which were being maintained in, along and across such private gray or ways at the time of-its..or their acceptance as a public way or ways, as rc uested in petition of said Companies dated the 21 day f December 1 2• All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions-.:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the-points indicated upon the plan marked—C. &V. There m be attached to said pules by said NEW NGLXN TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 f ct from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of gays along which the poles above referred to may b maintained, and the number of poles which may be maintained thereon under this order: NINEGEW AVENM northerly from Goonams5et Hwy.
