FORM MASS.5615 BURIED D CABLE AGREEMENT CITY/TOWN W SAS b an order f the Board o Selectmen o the G ov of Mashpoe Mamehusetts, dated October 11 19 62 permission has been granted to the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY to place and maintain buried cable, manholes, h ndholes, with the wires and cables therein, markers and other fixtures in or under the surface f Sandwich�Cotuit Road and Pimlico PLond Road r as referred to in said order, to which order reference may be had, NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN, BY THESE PRESENTS that said NEw ENGLAND TELEPHONEAND TELEGRAPH COMPANY in. consider .tion of the premises and in-compliance with the terms and requixements of said order, loth hereby for itself and its successors and assigns, covenant i and agree to and with the said Gity� own of Ma a hp e - follows+— 1. That said Company shall indemnify and save harmless the said m own against all damages, costs and expense whatsoever to which the @mTown may be subjected in consequence of the acts or neglect of said Company, its agents or servants, or in any manner arising from the rights and privileges granted it by the mown. .
