The firm would sell grater to the Town, which would distribute It to residents f the Summerwood condominium Association. The proposal of High wood would have the Town pay for the water,- additional supervision by High Wood of the - Town's rater distribution system construction,- and ' a "reservation of water -supply capacity." At the time of this writing, negotiations between the Town and High Wood dater Co. had not - concl ded.'
