} Article 1 . <br /> . To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning -Laws by deleting the <br /> existing Sections 6,20 6.2.1 -and 8.2.2 and replacing them with the <br /> following: <br /> 11 .2 A use listed in Section 6.3 is permitted as of right in any _.. <br /> district under which it is denoted by the letter. "Y" subject to <br /> such requirements as may be specified elsewhere in this By-Law. <br /> iA use which is denoted in Section 6.3 by the letters "P " may be <br /> permitted as of right subject to the provisions of Subsection <br /> .2.1 and to such other requirements as may be specified elsewhere <br /> in this By-Law. <br /> use which is denoted in Section 6,3 by the letters 'I SP I# i <br /> permitted as a special exception only if a Special Permit i <br /> granted by the Planning Board or Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Subsection 6,2,2 and is furthermore subject to such <br /> other requirements as may be specified elsewhere in this B -Law. . <br /> A use which is denoted in Section 6,3 by the letters "PRSP" shall <br /> be permitted as a special exception only if a Special Permit is- <br /> granted by the Board of Appeals, except that if such use does not <br /> involve construction of a building or addition containing more <br /> than 1000 square feet of gross first floor area or alteration o <br /> more than one acre of land it shall be permitted as of might <br /> subject to the provisions of Subsection 6.2.1 and such other <br /> requirements as may be specified by this By-Law. <br /> Absence of any designation on the table in. Section 6.3 means that <br /> the use listed is not permitted*. <br /> .2.1 Where a use is denoted in Section 6.3 by the letters "PR". it <br /> shall be subject to a Plan Review as follows or, at the choke <br /> of the applicant, it shall otherwise require a Special Permit <br /> subject to the procedures of Subsection .2.2. <br /> (a) The applicant shall submit a request for a Plan Review <br /> to the Building Inspector on an application fora determined f <br /> by the Building Inspector, along with sufficient plans and <br /> documentation to fully describe the proposed use and/or <br /> structure and its site, A minimum of seven 7 copies of <br /> such plans and documentation shall be submitted, along with <br /> any fees which may be established for such Plan Review. <br /> (b) The Building Inspector shall forthwith transmit copies o <br /> such application, plans and documentation to the Health <br /> Agent, Town Planner, Conservation officer, Fire Chief, <br /> Police Chief and Di-rector of Public Works and shall secure <br /> a receipt from each indicating the date on which said items <br /> were received. <br /> (c) within fourteen 1 days of receiving such applications, <br /> plans and documentation from the Building Inspector, the <br /> Health Agent, Town Planner, conservation officer, Fire <br /> Chief. -Police chief and Director of Public Works, or their <br /> -12- <br />
