appointee, shall review said plans to determine whether they <br /> are consistent with applicable state and regulations, <br /> Town <br /> by-laws -and plans and will not adversely affect public <br /> health or safety, will not significantly decrease surface or <br /> ground water quality or air quality, will not have a.. . <br /> s i gn i f i c ant adverse i mpact on wi 1 d 1 i fe hab itat, etuar <br /> systems, traffic flow, traffic safety, waterways, fisheries, <br /> public lands or neighboring properties and their occupants,. <br /> and will not destroy or disrupt any species listed as rare, - <br /> endangered or threatened by the Massachusetts Natural <br /> Heritage Program or any known historic or archaeologic site.# + = <br /> determination- shall be made by each of the above officers <br /> regarding those items related to their field of expertise <br /> and they shall submit a recornnendation based on arose items <br /> to the Bui ld'ing Inspector that the application may be <br /> approved, that the application -may be approved subject to <br /> %W ei"''ta' i spec led cOnd i t i on or chznges; t"a t th - <br /> application should be denied for certain specified reasons, <br /> r that additional specific information is required. Fail- <br /> ure to submit each recommendation to the Building Inspector <br /> within fourteen 14 days of receiving an application, plans <br /> or documentation from the Building Inspector shall be deemed <br /> o be a recommendation that the application may be approved <br /> with no conditions or changes. <br /> (d) Where it is determined that additional specific information <br /> is required, the Building Inspector shall forthwith notify <br /> the applicant that said information is required. The <br /> applicant shall submit such information to the Building <br /> Inspector who shall transmit it to the appropriate <br /> official (s) and again secure a dated receipt, Within <br /> fourteen 14 days of such receipt, said official (s) shall <br /> again transmit their recommendation to the Building Inspect- <br /> or or be deemed to have recommended approval of the applica- <br /> tion with no conditions or changes. <br /> (e) Any building permit, occupancy permit or other applicable <br /> permit for the use, structure or site which is the subject <br /> f the Plan Review application may be approved by the Build- <br /> ing Inspector only if it is consistent with this Zoning <br /> BY-Law,, the building code and other applicable codes and <br /> regulations and if all - of the officials listed in b above <br /> recommend approval of the Plan Review application without <br /> conditions or changes or approve by default, Where con- <br /> ditions, changes or denial are recommended, the applicant <br /> shall be provided an opportunity to amend the application <br /> to comply. When any application is amended, it shall again <br /> be transmitted for review by the officials listed in b <br /> above following the procedures of c above and no <br /> application may be approved and no permits may be issued <br /> until all of the said officials recommend approval of the <br /> -1 <br />
