The proar <br /> visions of Section 6,4 shall also not apply to -special permits <br /> protected, or lots in subdivisions teporarily protected,- from <br /> the provisions of th section- by Massachusetts General Laws } <br /> Chapter 40A, Section 6. <br /> 6.4.3.2 The provisions of Section 6.4 shall not apply to nor- .' <br /> residential structures or foundations, accessory structures, or <br /> alterations, reconstruction or additions which do not create <br /> new dweil'ing grit, but shall apply to residential foundation <br /> permits* . <br /> 6.4.4 Administration <br /> .4.4.l The Building Inspector shall compile and keep up-to-date a <br /> listing of all subdivisions, special permit projects and <br /> other lands which are exempt or .protected temporari4ly fron the <br /> provisions ofSection 6.4 either under Subsection 6.4.3 or <br /> under any applicable provisions of Massachusetts General laws <br /> and the date on which any temporary porarry protection will expire. <br /> *4.4.2 The Building Inspector shall determine prior to January 15 of <br /> any calendar ,year the number of existing dwelling units in the <br /> Town on,, plus any dwelling units for which building permits <br /> were issued ,y, December 31 of the previous -year which have not <br /> expired. on the basis of that information and the provisions <br /> of Subsection 6.4.2.1 he shall determine the number of dwelling <br /> units not exempted by Subsection 6,4.3 which may be- issued <br /> pennits during said. calendar year. <br /> 6.4-4.3 Applications for building permits for new dwelling -units may be <br /> filed only during the first fifteen 16 days of any month, <br /> However, no such permits will be approved until after the <br /> fifteenth day of the month to allow proper review and deter <br /> urination of the order of priorityin which they may be issued. <br /> Permits which are exempted by Subsection 6.4.3 or temporarily <br /> protected by Massachusetts General Laws from the provisions o <br /> this section may be app l *ed for or issued at any t i rye. <br /> .4.4.4 In issuing building permits, the Building Inspector shall First <br /> determine that the application and proposed structure conforms <br />
