In the case of fractional numbers <br /> greater than 1 2, 'the number of permits issued may be rounded <br /> upward. <br /> 6,4.2 Building Pewit Limits <br /> 6,4o2.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection . .1 , within any <br /> year the number of new dwelling units for which building <br /> permits may be issued shall not exceed 2 1 2 percent of the <br /> total of the number of existing dwelling units in the Town <br /> plus any uncompleted dwelling units for which building permits <br /> have been issued and have not expired by, December 31 of the <br /> previous year, except that pewits for 300 dwelling units may <br /> be issued i 1987 January 1 to December 1 . permits for 250 <br /> dwelling units may be issued in 1988 and permits for Zoo <br /> dwelling units may be issued in 1989. <br /> a4.2.2 Within any calendar month, building permits for new dwelling <br /> units may be issued for not more than ten 10 percent of the <br /> number of new dwelling units allowed during that year under <br /> Subsection 6.4.2.1 .
