Explanation: This article authorizes our agreement for the Water District to lease office space to the Town for School Administrative offices to be located at the Water District facility located in the Mashpee Industrial Park. Motion made by Selectman Leveille. Motion: I move the Town vote to approve the terms of an intermunicipal agreement between the Mashpee Board of Selectmen, the Mashpee School Committee, and the Mashpee Water District Board of Water Commissioners, and further to authorize the Board of Selectmen and the Mashpee School Committee to enter into a lease with the Mashpee Water District to provide School Administration facilities at the Mashpee Water District's facility on Industrial Drive in Mashpee. Motion passes unanimously at 7:43 p.m. Article 4 To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer$5000 from the Conservation Lands &Maintenance Account to the Conservation Trust Account, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Conservation Commission Explanation: At the FY2000 annual Town meeting, $5000 was transferred from the Conservation Trust Account. The transfer should have been made from the Conservation Lands &Maintenance Account. This article seeks to rectify the error. Motion made by Selectman Cahalane. Motion: I move the Town appropriate and transfer$5,000 from the Conservation Lands and Maintenance Account to the Conservation Trust Account. Motion passes unanimously at 7:44 p.m. Article 5 To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds $15,000 to the Fire &Rescue Salary/Wage Account, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Fire Department Explanation: This amount of money is required to fund the Fire&Rescue Salary/Wage Account for the remainder of the fiscal year.
