Harway, in o opposition to the ' <br /> r- pp e project, <br /> Mr. Harway's concerns relate to the potential noise and fumes of the proposed garage and <br /> removal of the two trees. The Board secretary had several phone conversations with <br /> Harway and faxed the application, <br /> n° y plans and copies of the zoning by-laws to him. The <br /> Board secretary also gave Mr. Harway the phone number of Cape&Islands Engineering <br /> s3 <br /> who helped him with further details of the project. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky informed the Board that Mr. Harway contacted him at Cape&Islands j Itt <br /> =N� Engineering and requested that the plans be faxed to him. Mr. Slavinsky informed Mr. t `�a <br /> s` Harway that that was impossible due to the size of the drawings,but that he would have 's <br /> Mr. Vitale overni t ex ress the Tans. Mr.Vi ' <br /> R overnight p p tale attempted on several occasions to V , <br /> contact Mr. Harway with no success. Mr. Harway also questioned the height of the # ; <br /> garage. The restriction for the height of the garage is 35 feet. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that an added benefit of this proposal will result in significantly less <br /> effluent being produced, y <br /> .
