Mr. Hanks then sent another letter <br /> S <br /> informing Mr. west that he does indeed need a new license. Mr. West said he would like <br /> to finish the reconstruction of his dock in the same footprint a <br /> tp s the old one. Mr.Hanks stated that the construction of the ramp and float are a 7}, <br /> substantial change and will require Mr. West to file for a new license for the ramp and <br /> float.
