In the meantime, Cap Engineering e&Islands En ' ee ' had 4` <br /> � <br /> a wetlands biologist delineate the wetlands. He referred to the new plans which show <br /> there is a 40-foot separation from the structure to the wetlands. Since the By-law requires <br /> a 50-foot separation from the wetlands,the applicant is seeking a 10-foot variance relief. <br /> Mr. Sarucks indicated that because of the wetlands,the topography, shape and size of the <br /> property and Conservation issues,the applicant requests a front and variance from the ' <br /> q y <br /> 30-foot requirement, a variance of 10 feet also. The Conservation Commission has no t <br /> objection to the project. <br /> Mr.Dorgan suggested that Mr. Sanicki receive written approval from the Conservation ` <br /> pp <br /> Commission to submit to the Board for their records.
