He t <br /> Dorgan stated that the proposal meets state standards. He also questioned the size of the <br /> trees. Mr.Huber <br /> stated that the easement with Corn Electrici dictates the si <br /> ze of the trees. <br /> Attorney Kirrane informed the Board that the lot on which the current building sits is <br /> approximately two acres. The applicant proposes to create the front lot as a 40,000+ ' <br /> a . <br /> square foot lot, separating it from the rear lot. The rear lot is under agreement to be ' " <br /> assigned to the Botello Lumber Yard creating :�' ► E <br /> ng a new lot, The applicant will have to <br /> receive approval from the Planning Board for the creation of two lots from the one .. <br /> existing lot. Mr. Menendez informed him that <br /> there will be a maximum of ten employees at any one time. Mr.Menendez stated that the sign will be <br /> 4 foot x 5 foot and positioned nine feet in the air. Mr-Nelson suggested moving the <br /> location of the sign for vehicles exiting the site.
