Labute, c/o Cape Cod Bank&Trust,Hyannis, MA). . <br /> A <br /> Members sitting: James E.Regan III, James M. Dorgan and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> yl` <br /> 4. <br /> On.May 27, 1999,the Board of Appeals received a request from the applicant for a or <br /> modification of the Variance (V-99-23). The applicant is seeking permission to relocate ''. " <br /> a <br /> the house from the original Cape&Islands plan, being Plan No. 5020299, dated February 1, <br /> 2, 1999, and revised April 2, 1999. ; <br /> At the Public Hearing on June 9, 1999,Mr. Luff represented his request for a Minor ' <br /> Modification of the Variance and submitted revised plans of the lo <br /> cation ocation of the house. , <br /> He proposes to move the house 15 feet to the right as a result of an extra five feet of <br /> upland being discovered. However,the engineers were unable to revise the plan before <br /> p g � � p <br /> the Public Hearing on April 14, 1999. Mr. Luff informed the Board that the revised plan <br /> has been approved by the Conservation Commission. The front yard setback will remain <br /> the same and the side yard setback will meet the zoning by-law requirements. Mr. Luff <br /> said that moving the location of the house will increase the distance between his proposed <br /> new home and the abutter. Mr.Nelson questioned if the abutting lot was a buildable lot. {� ■ � <br /> q g <br /> Mr. Luff said it was questionable. .�. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i F# <br /> Mr.Regan and Mr. Dorgan expressed concern with the revised plan. They suggested that <br /> the applicant submit signed engineered plans. <br /> Jill <br /> Mr.Dorgan moved to continue the request for a Minor Modification of the Variance to ,. <br /> allow the applicant to submit a revised and signed professional engineer plan from Cape ' <br /> &Islands Engineering.
