He submitted a <br /> check to cover abutter's fees for the Lupo and the McCormack <br /> applications• Mr. Grotzke <br /> stated that the subject lot is a corner lot. The dock extends over a wide grassed area and <br /> the Variance for the extra length is needed in order to access suffi <br /> cient water to allow for <br /> dockage of a boat, Mr. Grotzke stated that in low tide the boat -would be sitting in the <br /> grass if the dock is not extended an extra 75 feet beyond the allowed ' <br /> a Y 70 feet. The width <br /> of the <br /> parcel extending to the water is 20 feet. Mr. "y �E <br /> Grotzke stated that other docks in the <br /> area extend almost as far as the proposed Lupo dock. <br /> p <br /> 4 <br /> Mr. Govoni read the note from the Conservation Commission expressing <br /> approval of <br /> project. <br /> y r f <br /> 7 <br /> Tony Ferragamo, an abutter, expressed approval of the project. No other comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br /> Regan moved to grant a Variance of 74.5 feet from the dock I 'engtli requirements, <br /> subject to criteria 1,2,3,4, findings 1,2,3. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to criteria 1-5.
