Govoni,James E. Regan III and Robert g G. Nelson. Mr.Michael Grotzke of The Phoenix Grouprepresented p the applicants. He submitted a check to cover abutter's fees for the Lupo and the McCormack applications• Mr. Grotzke stated that the subject lot is a corner lot. The dock extends over a wide grassed area and the Variance for the extra length is needed in order to access suffi cient water to allow for dockage of a boat, Mr. Grotzke stated that in low tide the boat -would be sitting in the grass if the dock is not extended an extra 75 feet beyond the allowed ' a Y 70 feet. The width of the parcel extending to the water is 20 feet. Mr. "y �E Grotzke stated that other docks in the area extend almost as far as the proposed Lupo dock. p 4 Mr. Govoni read the note from the Conservation Commission expressing approval of project. y r f 7 Tony Ferragamo, an abutter, expressed approval of the project. No other comments were received from abutters. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 74.5 feet from the dock I 'engtli requirements, subject to criteria 1,2,3,4, findings 1,2,3. Mr. Govoni seconded.
