Mr. <br /> Vizziello stated that the new construction will be in the same footprint as the existing <br /> structure. The existing structure was built in 1945,prior to zoning re <br /> p g regulations. � + <br /> Vizziello informed the Board that the State and town disagreed pill <br /> Mr. <br /> system gr ed on the type of septic <br /> s <br /> y m that the previous owners would be required to install.
