Mr.Landers-Caule told the <br /> e Board <br /> that Mr. Sherman of the Conservation Commission instructed the applicant lic ant to file with <br /> approval before film ., <br /> the Board of Appeals for ap s <br /> p g with the Conservation Commission. ��}:• r. <br /> •a ,t„ <br /> Mr. Landers-Cainestated y the new proposal calls for one 6x16 foot float and two 6x8 <br /> foot floats. The pier will be 40 feet in length with a 3x 14 foot ramp. He st <br /> ated fated that the • , ��1. <br /> boat draws 22 inches of water and the bow of the boat will be at the shallow end. <br /> ..:, <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that the Conservation Commission must inform the Board of + <br /> Appeals <br /> as to the location of the pier, ramp and float and the exact dimensions in order to s <br /> . grant <br /> the Special Permit, Mr. Landers-Cauley continued with the stating presentation stat' <br /> P that the <br /> construction is a typical structure. f ,t <br /> Mr.Perry Ellis, Harbormaster,was in attendance at the meeting. Mr. Govoni ' <br /> g ni asked for - <br /> s approval of the plan. Mr. Ellis stated that the area is a shellfish area.
