After consulting the plans, it was ~ , <br /> determined that the width of the road is approximately 10 feet. Mr. Govoni asked if <br /> trucks can travel down that road with large <br /> out touching the corner lot. Mr.Vizziello informed <br /> the Board that he had a new septic system installed in March which required the use of <br /> very large trucks. <br /> Mr. Govoni read the letter from the Conservation Commission expressing approval of the <br /> p g Pp project. He also read the letter from the Board of Health approving the s ticsystem <br /> • septic <br /> with the modified installation of an ultra-violets stern. Mr. Govoni stated that y at he talked <br /> to 1W Jim Hanks from the Monomoscoy Improvement Trust in the area. Mr. Hanks ' <br /> stated that he has no problem with the proposed project. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Govoni advised Mr. Vizziello that the Board would require him to re-grade Russell I � 71r <br /> Road from Monomoscoy Road and to maintain it at a minimum width of 14 feet and a <br /> minimum height clearance of 13.5 to allow for access by large a fire and emergencz* <br /> y <br /> g Y � I <br /> apparatus. a <br /> _ k <br /> Mr. Govoni questioned if the applicant is required to file under 174-32 fire safety on an <br /> unpaved road). Mr.Hauck informed the Board that there is already an existing g <br /> dwell* y <br /> on the property. <br /> r[' I <br /> I <br /> l <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to criteria 1,5,6,7, an improvement <br /> to the property with the upgrade to a new septic stem proposed I <br /> p system,p p d project ect will be on the <br /> exact footprint of the existing structure.
