The Conservation <br /> Commission submitted a letter stating that the application <br /> pp on has been continued to allow the <br /> engineer time to re-notify the abutters of the intention t o install a spa. The Conservation <br /> Commission indicates approval of <br /> pp the project. <br /> Mr. Govoni confirmed the exact amount of -* �°• � '�the different Variance relief being sought b ... <br /> the applicants. y <br /> Mr.Nelson questioned the 23%lot <br /> coverage. Mr.Hauck <br /> g informed the Board that cluster <br /> subdivisions are allowed 30%lot coverage. <br /> .,P � <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> JL <br /> .
