The Board voted <br /> to continue the hearing until July 14, 1999. <br /> t the Public Hearing on July 14, 1999,Mr.Luff represented his i - <br /> that the C p application and stated <br /> Conservation Commission has approved the relocation of the house. He y <br /> submitted a revised, signed,engineered plan showingthe 'new location of the house. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. JL <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 8 feet from the �wetlands on the rear side of the <br /> property and a Variance of 10 feet from the front setback Mr.I]organ <br /> requirements. � <br /> seconded.
