It is now requiring 16 wells. ' <br /> The applicant and the Board compromised on 1 additional well <br /> in the area of concern to Tom. <br /> Tony stated that all significant issue have been agreed to, ; <br /> there is just some language to' be refined. <br /> Tom suggested that a condition be added that no construction <br /> will begin on roadway, parking areas or buildings until the <br /> plan has been approved by the Planning Board. ` <br /> The applicant agreed to add this condition. <br /> Louise motioned to approve the Special Permit. Mr. Weeden is President of Bayport <br /> Homes , and is also representing People's Savings Bank. See <br /> letter from Mr. Ribart of People' s Savings. <br /> Mr. Craig Weeden was present representing People"s Savings <br /> Bank which is the owner of PECO Inc, which is now the owner <br /> of Santuit Woods. I <br /> He delivered a replacement letter of credit for $250, 000. <br /> 4 <br /> r <br /> Tony explained that there is a minor complication- no one . <br /> is sure of the status of the roads, drainage, landscape etc. <br /> and they don' t know if $250,000 is an adequate sum. It was <br /> established quite a while ago. The Board will accept this <br /> L/C but they need a properly prepared engineer's report <br /> stating what needs to be done to bring everything to <br /> compliance and estimates of the cost of work.
