Mr. Kirrane will meet <br /> with the Board to discuss the final version on July 19th at <br /> 8:30. <br /> Applicant: Alex Dittami/Forward Development <br /> Location: Quashnet Woods <br /> Request: continuation of discussion of Special Permit <br /> Decision for Quashnet woods 180-unit_ GSID <br /> project. Public Hearing closed February 15; <br /> 19890 <br /> I <br /> Alex Dittami was present representing the applicant. <br /> He explained that there were a few issues to be resolved on <br /> the Special Permit: <br /> , <br /> Condition #26 - paying share of improvement to rotary and <br /> Rte 28 . Mr, Dittami stated that they had proposed language <br /> which was predicated upon the matter of subdivision <br /> requirement. <br /> Tom stated that it is Town Council' s opinion that <br /> the subdivision plan is required. However, they have already <br /> completed it (Tom found plan prepared by Holmes and <br /> McGrath) . With the exception of the modification of access <br /> that plan will meet the requirement. <br /> Tony stated that the Board will waive the fee and the <br /> detailed engineered drawing for Quashnet Woods drive. <br /> Mr. Dittami stated they had proposed an $18,000 (lump sum) <br /> donation to be used by the Planning Board for evaluating <br /> reconstruction of rotary and portion of Rte 28 . . <br /> Tom stated that he would like to make language l;-�ss specific <br /> to enable them to look at alternatives to traffic problems <br /> at these areas. <br /> Mr. Dittami will call. Tom tomorrow to discuss the exact <br /> lang <br /> uage, <br /> ' <br /> Tom stated that an accompanying plan with building numbers <br /> on it is needed for subdivision requirements. <br /> f , <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Mr. Dittami would like to see the same as was included in i <br /> the Water's Edge decision, regarding a good faith effort n <br /> receiving a discharge permit. <br /> Mr. Dittami explained that paragraph 4 specifically <br /> identifies a waste water monitoring progran, and a fund to be <br /> established that DEQE has access to as well as town to <br /> ensure monitoring. <br />
