Mr, Dittami stated that they had proposed language <br /> which was predicated upon the matter of subdivision <br /> requirement. <br /> Tom stated that it is Town Council' s opinion that <br /> the subdivision plan is required. However, they have already <br /> completed it (Tom found plan prepared by Holmes and <br /> McGrath) . With the exception of the modification of access <br /> that plan will meet the requirement. <br /> Tony stated that the Board will waive the fee and the <br /> detailed engineered drawing for Quashnet Woods drive. <br /> Mr. Dittami stated they had proposed an $18,000 (lump sum) <br /> donation to be used by the Planning Board for evaluating <br /> reconstruction of rotary and portion of Rte 28 . . <br /> Tom stated that he would like to make language l;-�ss specific <br /> to enable them to look at alternatives to traffic problems <br /> at these areas. <br /> Mr. Dittami will call.
