All <br /> Board members were in favor. <br /> Correspondence <br /> ps <br /> - .A request from John Doyle for a verbatim transcript of the <br /> James Circle discussion on June 7, 1989, on behalf of his <br /> client, Mr. Nabil Boghos. <br /> The Board decided that after the minutes are amended to <br /> clarify the end of the James circle discussion, Lee will <br /> forward a copy of the minutes from that discussion to Mr. ' <br /> Doyle and inform him that those are the official minutes of <br /> the meeting and there will be not further transcript 1P <br /> forthcoming. If this is not sufficient, the tapes are <br /> available at the Planner' s Office for him to listen to. <br /> - A letter from Dave Sinicki regarding Copper'/Pederson plan. <br /> He says that the by law states that water quality report is <br /> Y { <br /> not necessary if the density is less than 1 unit per 2 <br /> acres. Their proposed subdivision creates -7 lots on 17 . 85 l <br /> acres therefore they are requesting the water quality report <br /> not be necessary for this subdivision. <br /> r I <br /> I <br /> ., <br /> -Special Permit decisions-A copy of building permits.
