k . <br /> -A letter from PECO in regards to Santuit Woods. Mr. Weeden <br /> will be present at tonight' s meeting to deliver a <br /> replacement Letter of Credit. <br /> -Supplemental EIS from Fields Point, not including Appendix <br /> 1. The Board asked Lee to review it and inventory any <br /> k <br /> pertinent matters the Board must respond to and the dates <br /> they must respond by. <br /> Continuation of Public Hearings <br /> Applicant: Reliance Development Corp. <br /> Location: Between Algonquin Ave John's Pond, Rte. 151. t <br /> and Old Barnstable Road <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing and discussion of <br /> the Definitive Plan for a subdivision of 253 <br /> acres of land known as "Southport Planned <br /> Retirement Community. " <br /> f <br /> Judy Mills and Louise Behrman stepped down. <br /> There was no one present representing the applicant at this <br /> hearing. The Board had a letter of extension until- July 5, ' <br /> 1989, therefore must act on the Definitive Plan at this <br /> hearing. They decided to hold this issue to the end of the <br /> evening. <br /> Applicant: Malcolm MacDonald <br /> Location: off of Back Road <br /> 7 Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Definitive Plan and Special Permit Application <br /> for a 13--lot cluster subdivision. Definitive <br /> filed 12/5/88 . Extended to August 18r 1989 , <br /> Mr, John Connoly was present representing the applicant. He <br /> presented a revised grid plan taking into consideration E <br /> modifications the Board suggested at the last hearing. <br /> He stated that the Board was concerned over the location of <br /> some of the lots and there was no area set aside for <br /> recreation. He explained that in this revised plan they <br /> went back to the original road layoutr presented it as a <br /> grid but left space for recreation area. Lots 10 11 i <br /> were repositioned and a parcel B for recreation was created. <br /> Between lots 4 & 5 an access portion (Parcel A) has been <br /> reserved as open space for access to Moody Pond's •,, <br /> II <br /> Because the Board has concerns about the drainage easement, <br /> Mr. Connoly had a title search completed. The <br /> documentation which delineates the portion of property that <br /> the Federal government reserves as a drainage easement shows •'f <br /> it draining to the highest spot on lot 11. MrN.* Connoly j <br /> stated that they have obviously erred in their depiction of <br /> :«. the easement. This will be rectified.
