They would , . <br /> like to see a drawing which shows topography superimposed <br /> with subdivzson and the size of Parcel B. <br /> Louise would like to see the meets and bounds on the access <br /> to Moody Pond clarified. <br /> Judy asked how water will be supplied? <br /> Mr. Connoly stated that under the Board of Health <br /> regulations the plan cannot be approved until public rater <br /> comes out to the area. <br /> There was no public question or comments <br /> Tony asked Mr. Connoly if this means he wants no further f <br /> action on the cluster? <br /> Mr. Connoly stated that they have maintained the same <br /> roadway but changed the lot layout and eliminated the open <br /> space because, according to Town Council 's opinion, they <br /> could not use area south of Back Road as open space.
