n K-'
[• li:
f
I
I i•
i
Mr. Connoly stated that the would like to try to complete
r ' Y p
the development of the plan the Board has before them.
Tony explained that it is obvious the cluster plan is
i superior to grid plan from a land use standpoint. He doesn' t
think the Board's opinion would change from that. If the
r applicant doesn' t want to continue to pursue the grid, they
should see if there is a way to settle on the cluster to
conclude the process. It wouldn't require anymore
engineering.
Mr. Connoly stated that they need to present lots which meet
State and Mashpee laws. They want to give the Board the
chance to do A or B.
Judy stated that it is her opinion that the less the density
the better for the town. Because of the density the grid is
superior.
Tom explained that from rough calculations he did, oil the
t
area north of Back Road the applicant can get 9 lots and he
can then do an ANR and get two lots to the South of the
Road. The cluster area in the North does not require a
recreation area.
ti Mr. Connoly thinks they can work that out, but he would like
to review it and discuss it further with his client.
Dr. MacDonald asked for a written, legally backed up opinion
} on Back Road from Town Council.
n
d.
Tony explained that the Board is representing what was told i
I
to then at their last meeting with Town Council. He has
asked on various occasions for a written opinion. He cannot
z promise that they will receive one. l
1 '
Judy motioned to continue the hearing to July 19th at 9 :00 . ± '
Louise seconded the motion, All Board members were in
favor.
q.
