Since there were no <br /> calculations in this report, they must assume this report <br /> used the same calculations as the Mills report . The 20 ,5 <br /> figure was based on the Mills report using very low <br /> background level. One well on this site had a reading of <br /> 1. 45 ml. , another .7 and one below detection level. <br /> There was no one present at this hearing from the company <br /> which prepared the water quality report to answer further <br /> questions. ; <br /> Tony stated that this requires some engineering response. <br /> Tom told the applicant that it would be best for the <br /> engineers to contact the Planner's office. <br /> Tom stated that the monitoring wells were not up to <br /> standard'. <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained that they are required to meet the <br /> early version of the water quality by law not the most <br /> recent version. The standards for monitoring wells have <br /> changed since their filing. <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained that the 21 E report has not been <br /> completed and they expect it to take some more time. <br /> Tom and Lee put together a draft Special Permit and <br /> monitoring program. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that he would like to review it before <br /> making any comments. <br /> Tony explained that the Board is looking for a way to <br /> enforce the monitoring without the use of a monetary fund ; <br /> being established that the Town could draw upon to enforce <br /> the program. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that this is very difficult to monitor � <br /> single family residence subdivision with individual septic <br /> f <br /> systems . <br /> There were no public questions or comments . <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearing to July 19th at <br /> 9:30 . Scott seconded the motion.
