Assessor's Map 55 Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA. (Owners of record: Seventeen Cape <br /> Drive Mashpee LLC). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 19,2015 and June 26, 2015 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Members, Ronald Bonvie, Richard Jodka, and Dom DeBarros, and Associate Member <br /> Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Mr. Keith Shaw presented the application and has been the owner of the property <br /> for the past two years. He said his construction management company occupies fifty <br /> percent of the building, and he has tenants that occupy the rest of the building. He would <br /> like to construct the shed for storage of construction tools and equipment on the property <br /> rather than off-site. Mr. Shaw noted that the shed will be constructed on sono-footings with <br /> a"big-foot"base. It will have an overhead door, and the floor of the shed is 2.5 feet off the <br /> ground so a truck can back up for loading and unloading. <br /> Mr. Furbush read a comment from the Board of Health into the record; "No issues <br /> with this proposal." <br /> 1 <br />
