MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> Seventeen Cape Drive Mashpee, LLC <br /> 17 Cape Drive (Map 55 Parcel 20) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2015-25 <br /> Mr.Furbush read comments from the Inspections Department into the record; "The <br /> area is zoned C2. Applicant seeking a Written Finding under §174-25 (K) if the Use is <br /> allowed in the proposed shed and if said Use would require a Special Permit." <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subject property located at 17 Cape Drive is approximately 28,108 square feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> WRITTEN FINDING CRITERIA: <br /> §174-25 (K): Where a use is not specifically listed in the §174-25 Table of Use <br /> Regulations, said use may be allowed if a finding is made by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> that said use may be allowed in a specific district on the basis that it is substantially similar <br /> in its construction, operation, traffic and environmental impact to a specific use allowed as <br /> of right or by Special Permit in said district and it is substantially dissimilar in those <br /> respects from any uses prohibited in the district. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDING CRITERIA: <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 8, 2015, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding under §174-25 (K)to allow for construction of a 16' x 26' storage shed to <br /> be used for storage of construction tools and equipment on property located in a C-2 Zoning <br /> District. Assessor's Map 55 Parcel 20,Mashpee, MA. (Owners of record: Seventeen Cape <br /> Drive Mashpee LLC). <br /> The Board approved the project with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. A Site Plan: Prepared For Tom Sullivan of 17 Cape Drive Mashpee, MA, From: <br /> J.E. Landers-Cauley, P.E.
