MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br />Alan Hatt <br />18 East Road (Map 1 Parcel 7) <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />FINDING-2015-41 <br />Mr. Jodka read the Inspection Department comments into the record; "The area is zoned <br />R5 and is in the Pre -contact Archaeology Sensitivity area — listed as "High Sensitivity". <br />Seeking a Written Finding under Article V § 174-17 regarding a determination from the Board <br />if the construction of a new deck would increase the non-confonning nature of the home." <br />The Board approved the project with the following conditions; <br />1. The applicant must meet all the conditions of a Written Finding under Mass <br />General Law 40A Section 6. <br />2. The area is zoned R5 and is in the Pre -contact Archaeology Sensitivity area — <br />listed as "High Sensitivity" The applicant must follow the instructions under <br />bylaw Section 174-24 (C) 3. <br />3. A Building Plot Plan; showing proposed decks, prepared exclusively for the <br />purpose of obtaining a building permit, not for any other use. Location: 18 East <br />Road, Mashpee, MA. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the <br />Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br />unanimously to grant a Written Finding (with conditions listed above), to allow for <br />construction of a deck and stairs on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 18 East <br />Road, (Map 1 Parcel 7), Mashpee, MA. <br />
