MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br /> Jason Stone <br /> 156 Waterway(Map 105 Parcel 238) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2015-42 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board denied the Petitioner variance relief to allow for <br /> construction of a 10' x 12' shed on property under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws for relief <br /> from the front yard setback located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 156 Waterway, (Map 105 <br /> Parcel 238), Mashpee, MA. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted four to one (4-1) against the 10' x 12' shed at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, November 18, 2015 because it does not meet the front yard setback <br /> requirements and the structure was already in place before the petition was submitted. <br /> 2 <br />
