He presented his plans and application to the <br /> Board. <br /> The Board explained that to get a buildingpermit, the <br /> p y must <br /> demonstrate 150 feet at the set back line. <br /> Mr. Baxter stated t� � that he made sure the lot frontage was 150 <br /> feet from corner to corner. <br /> Mr. Baxter will read definition to make sure he has a. <br /> building site on each lot. <br /> Mr. Baxter will return to the Board on June 'lth at 6:30. He <br /> will make sure he has 150 ft width and put it on the plan. <br /> Applicant: Mashpee Water District <br /> Location: Delphic Avenue, So. of Rte. 28 <br /> Request: Submission of a 3--lot ANR <br /> Judy Mills stepped dawn and was representing P the Mash pee <br /> Water District. , <br /> Ms. Mills explained that the Planning Board wanted the <br /> district meeting to vote on the land taking signing <br /> beforeF <br /> , <br /> the ANR and it did that on its last meeting. <br /> Louise motioned to sign the ANC.. Pat seconded the motion. <br /> All other Board members were in favor. <br /> Discussion <br /> Applicant: Windchime Point/Jim Bennet <br /> Location: Great Neck Road South <br /> Request: Review of Design Review Committee comments <br /> regarding pool and, other amenities that <br /> Windchime wishes to install. <br /> Louise left the meeting at this time. <br /> Mr. Jim Bennet was present .representing Windchime. <br /> He explained that Design Review had approved the final plans <br /> for the landscaping. The applicant also showed Design <br /> Review the changes they were making -- reducing the <br /> ..: g sloe of a <br /> building but keeping the same design. Design Review didn' t <br /> have a problem with it but should they should bring it <br /> before the Planning Board to see if it was a significant . <br /> change that required a change of the Special Permit. <br /> It was the Board's opinion that since it was a dawn scale <br /> -4_ they didn' t have a problem with it. + <br /> Judy asked that a final <br /> plan with up to date changes be <br /> filed with the Planning Board. ' <br /> Mr. Bennet explained that an error had been made in the <br /> clearing of the buffer area where tennis courts are.1 This <br /> will require moving the tennis courts 10 feet and wil <br /> l <br /> . <br /> require re--vegetation. Mr. Bennet will get the <br /> re-vegetation plans to Design Review so it can be done at <br /> the same time as the landscaping. <br />
