Sundays 9-5 (because Board <br /> requested limited operation on Sundays) . ' <br /> --hydrants go in when water becomes available within 300 <br /> feet of property line. (Town Planner included the 300 ft. ) <br /> 1 <br /> Mr. Connoly is concerned that 300 feet y away <br /> is a long way t <br /> _ Y <br /> from property line. They agree to lay the line down to Rte <br /> 130 during construction. <br /> --will strike #11. <br /> a <br /> _applicant prefers to put up a bond to guarantee performance <br /> p � <br /> of installation of the fire hydrants. The Board prefers the <br /> put the hydrants in now, Y <br /> Tony explained that the Board would like to see a few <br /> conditions addo4d: Conditions similar to those of the <br /> Quashnet Woods Special Permit conditions #29 and #30 (#30 <br /> needs to be re---worded slightly) ,, <br /> It is the opinion of the Board that a condition be added to f <br /> this Special. Permit (and all future Special Permits) that <br /> would prevent a situation where a site has been cleared and <br /> the project does not go forward. The Board will discuss F <br /> with Town Council to arrive at proper mechanism. <br /> The Board must establish the value of the landscape bond, <br /> The applicant stated that $22, 000 is 150% of what he plans <br /> to spend on landscaping. <br /> The Board needs a letter from the landscaper outlining t p g he , <br /> estimate of landscaping costs. <br /> Tony explained that in conclusion a few conditions need to <br /> be touched up, they need to arrive at a value of the <br /> landscape bond and a limit of site disruption drawing. <br /> will incorporate new language into a draft will give <br /> Tony a copy of draft and he will make comment_ s before the <br /> June 7th meeting. <br /> 3 <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearingto June 7 <br /> ;.: Scott th at 9:30 . - <br /> co seconded the motion.
