5. Easement -issue- can be worded to make it clearer. <br /> Charlie suggested it states the conveyance be made which <br /> ever way the state finds acceptable. <br /> 6. Rotary improvement contributions- the Board asked the <br /> Planner to review the traffic report and will discuss it <br /> further. Mr.. Dittami stated that this is a non. compromise <br /> - p <br /> issue with the developer. <br /> Tony explained the Board will need time to review their <br /> requests and, will review it with Town Council . <br /> Louise motioned to continue the discussion on Special Permit <br /> to June <br /> - } <br /> 7th at 9.00. Judy seconded the motion. All Board <br /> members were in favor <br /> _ f <br /> Applicant: Lockstore Realty Trust <br /> Location; Rte. 130 opposite Juniper Drive <br /> Request; Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a mini-warehouse ' <br /> complex to be developed on a 6.35 acre parcel <br /> a on the south side of Rte. 130. Extended to May <br /> 19. <br /> Mr. John Connoly was present representing the applicant. <br /> The Planning Department presented the Board with a draft <br /> Special Permit. <br /> Mr. Connoly explained that there were still a few blanks <br /> where numbers need to be inserted: <br /> --the first blank- he explained that 262 units were applied <br /> for an approved but when built, it might be less. <br /> Tony asked if the traffic report was based on 262 units? <br /> Mr. Connoly stated that it was. <br /> It was decided that it can read up to 262 storage units" . <br /> -the second blank was a chronology question. Mr. Connoly <br /> stated that Warwick Associated filed the original plan and ; <br /> it should have stamp from clerk. <br /> Tom explained that they filed with the Planning Board so <br /> there was no stamp. <br /> Mr. Connoly stated that the date is not critical they will <br /> find th.e appropriate date, <br /> Tom had included a statement reading Rich Jonas' s term <br /> expired and Pat Coffey did not take part in the decision but <br /> i t can be r e-�written as to what actually happens.. ens. ., <br /> Mr. Connoly stated that he doesn' t have an objection to Pat <br /> abstaining or participating if he is familiar with the <br /> project. <br /> Tony explained that he raised this issue because if there <br /> are only 4 members sitting they will need positive vote from <br /> everyone. <br /> Pat stated that he would not want to vote on it until he has <br /> reviewed the file, <br /> - 12 - <br />
