Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of fleeting <br /> January 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Selectmen's Meeting oomn Mashpee Town lull <br /> r <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Selectmen's <br /> Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Hall by Chairman waygan at TOO p.m. on Wednesday, January <br /> 411 2012 and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. • <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Chairman Mary waygan, vice Chair Joe Mullin, Cleric <br /> George Petersen, Dennis Baarini, David Kooharian <br /> Also Present: Torn Fudala-Town Planner, Charles Rowley-Consultant Engineer <br /> APPRO A L OF MENUTES December 7., 011 <br /> i Mr. Fudala recommended changes on pages 1, 2 and 3. Chairman Waygan recommended that the <br /> re-scheduled public hearings be noted on the final page of the minutes. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Hal arini made a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Mr. l ooharian <br /> seconded the motion. -members voted yes I abstained <br /> ROAD NAMING <br /> Town Clerk requested that the driveway to Southport wastewater treatment plant be named <br /> ""Reliance Way." <br /> MOTION: Mr. Batzarini made a motion to schedule a public hearing for February 1 for the <br /> namin g of Reliance Way for Southport at 7:10 p.m. Mr.I ooharian seconded the motion. All <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> BOARD ITEMS <br /> Old Business <br /> New Business <br /> --Planning Board Annual Report-Chairman Waygan distributed copies of the annual report <br /> requesting th t:Board members contact her by email with any changes. The Chair confirmed the <br /> ssi ments-of each,of the Board members.- <br /> -C. Rowley Expense Vouchers-A Dumber invoice had been received in the amount of56.25 <br /> for work related to the Healthcare Center of Cape Cod. <br /> MOTION! ?4r. B rini made a motion to authorize the payment of the voucher for Charlie. <br /> Mr. I ooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Board members signed the voucher. <br /> -Mashpee hpee Green Parks Subcommittee-Mr. I ooharian requested that the Board create <br /> subcommittee that would assist in developing a park system in Mashpee.
