Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> min <br /> November 7,2012 at 7: o p.m. <br /> Selectmen's Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Planning Board Members Present; .Chairman Mary vaygan, vice Chair George Petersen, <br /> Clerk David Kooharian, Dennis al arin� Joe Muflin <br /> Also Present: ToniFudala-Town Planner <br /> CALL To ORDER <br /> The Town of Ma hpee Planning Board meeting-was opened with a quorum in the.Selectmen's <br /> Meeting.Room at ee 'Town Hall by Chairman waygan at 7:oo p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> November T, 2012 and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF S— ct ber 17, 2012 <br /> MOTION: Mr. M made a motion to accept the minutes. Mr. Kooharian seconded the <br /> notion. 4 yes, 1 abstain <br /> APPRov L.-NO -R Q nRED <br /> Applicant: BryanAnderson <br /> Location: 425 Route 151 and 60 Sassacus Road <br /> Request: Re-signature of ANR plan merging 4 lots into one. <br /> David French from Christopher Costa& Associates was in attendance as a representative of Mr. <br /> Anderson. Mr. French stated that his company created Mr. Anderson's r;gnal plan and noted <br /> that Land Court required a filing because it was a roistered parcel_ Mr. Anderson confirmed <br /> that the rylar was brought up to nand Court ds� but that the geometry of the lots <br /> remained the same as the Board's plan approved in October 2010. Mr. Fudala stated that he <br /> would need four copies of the new plans to be signed by the members-of the Board. Mr. French <br /> agreed to deliver additional copies during the following morning to Mr. Fudala. Planning Board <br /> members reviewed both plans. Mr. Mullin stated that he had no problem lem with suing the plans <br /> as it was a technical requirement only. <br /> MOTION: Mr.l lapin made a motion to sign the ANR Phin merging lour lots into one that <br /> was originally signed 10 I7 to but was modified to comply with hand Court plan <br /> requirements. 11+Ir.Bal.ari.ni seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Balzarini sued the plan referenced as July 1&, 2012. <br /> SPECIAL PERMff <br /> Applicant: Industrial Communications& Electronics,Inc./AT&T Mobilit <br /> Location: 49 Echo Road <br /> Request: Submission of application for modification of special permit site plans <br /> regarding addition of 3 antenna and 6 remote radio heads to existing persona wireless <br /> communications tower. <br /> 1 <br />
