Purpose of the site visit is to determine if Phase H <br /> was built in accordance with the as built plans. <br /> There also a number of questions regarding the performance of the wastewater plant. <br /> The representative frbm the homeowners association said that a new management company was <br /> recently hired and were asked to focus on reporting. The monitoring.wells had been neglected. <br /> The December report was just completed and mailed. <br /> Eric confirmed the Planning Dept. received the report yesterday. <br /> Beverly said the Board wants to be sure they address all the concerns of the association before <br /> signing off on this phase. <br /> 53 additional units will be tied into the plant. <br /> 4 <br /> Eric said condition 410 of the special permit.requires submission of as bunt plans. To date, h . <br /> has not received them. <br /> Beverly was very surprised and wondered what the sense of the site visit was. TM will slow <br /> down Phase H. The board must receive as builts for phase H. She thought the Planning Dept. <br /> had received them. Approval is based on.receipt of those plans. <br /> No occupancy permits will be issued for phase.H until certificate of compliance is issued for <br /> phase H. <br /> The Board then walked-the area of phase-H. <br /> t Dovery Crescent and Blue Heron Drive Charlie Rowley said it must be loarned and seeded, <br /> not wood chips. <br /> Beverly stated that before giving final approval to phase 1I , the Board needs: <br /> -Phase II as built plans <br /> Reports from the association re: waste water treatment plant <br /> - few areas that need loam and seed. <br /> Eric will send members-a summary of the w%vtp report and an updated history. <br /> Don noticed at Unit or building The foundation hole has been dug and a tree marked to <br /> be saved which is very close to the hole and doubtful it will survive. It should be replaced With <br /> a similar type of tree in close proximity ity to the building so as not to diminish the total tree count. <br />
