Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board Meeting <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> August 4, 200 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road Forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : o p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, August 4, 2004 . The Chairman, Beverly Kane, <br /> presided. <br /> Board Members present : Dennis Balzarini, Vice <br /> Chairman.; Steve Dolan, Clerk; Lee Gurney-; and Beverly Kane, <br /> Chairman. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner and Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum t be present and <br /> called the Meeting to order. <br /> As the first order' of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the May 19, 2004 Meeting as written; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Site Plan Minos' Modification <br /> C. Talanian fealty - Southape village <br /> Minor Modification to Site Plan - Handicap Parking Spaces <br /> The Chairman recognized Don Megathlin, representing CO <br /> Talanian fealty. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the Memb and Sketch <br /> Plan received from Mr. Megathlin. <br /> r. Megathlin informed the Board of a request made by <br /> a concerned citizen, for the relocation of two parking <br /> spaces next to the entrance at Roche Bros. , which has been <br /> completed as indicated on the revised site plan. <br /> 1 <br />
