The Town Planner suggested the Board vote this ratter <br /> as a minor modification of the site place, making reference <br /> to the revised plan. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to accept/approve <br /> this matter as a minor site modification, handicap parking <br /> spaces, as referenced in revised site plan attached- to <br /> letter dated July 29, 2 04 (from Don I egathlin- to Tom <br /> Fudala, regarding- Roche Bros . ) ; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Bal arini and - o voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plain <br /> c. Tal-anian Realty - southGape village Route 2 -/Donna' s Ln . <br /> Revised Road Design - Commercial Street <br /> Reference was made to concept plans submitted earlier <br /> this date to the Town Planner from Baxter, Nye, Holrgren. <br /> The Town Planner explained the-re 1' , a large <br /> transformer where the connector road/Commercial street <br /> intersects with Industrial Drive which would be extremely <br /> expensive to move. <br /> The engineer has provided concept plans to the Town <br /> Planner and consulting Engineer for review resulting in the <br /> revised design currmently before the Board. However, Mr. <br /> Rowley has no.t had the opportunity to review/comment. <br /> The Town Planner made references to the revised design <br /> explaining the situation to the Board, and suggesting the <br /> construction of are island traffic design (eliminating to- <br /> way traffic/accommodating large trues and equipment) . <br /> The Town Planner suggested no action be taken in this <br /> matter until August 18th at which point the Consulting <br /> Engineer, as well as the DPW Director will have had the <br /> opportunity to comment. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner reported Mr. Megathlin had <br /> provided the Market study for Roche Bros.. as previously <br /> requested by the Board. <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Mashpee Baptist Church - Chris costa <br /> Great Deck Road North and Collins Lane <br /> 2 <br />
