The Chairman recognized Chris Costa who submitted a <br /> layout plan entitled, "Plan of Land Lots 1 and 2 Collins <br /> Lane and Great Neck Road North, Mashpee Baptist Church, for <br /> Chris Costa & Associates, Inc. , dated 1 " . <br /> F Ir. Costa informed the Board that the application <br /> being submitted for consideration has been properly signed <br /> by all fourteen (1 landowners. <br /> r. Costa provided the required signatures, <br /> application, and filing fee. After brief Board discussion, <br /> t-he Chairman opened the floor to public comment . There <br /> be-iftg none, she entertained a motion be made in this <br /> ratter. <br /> MOTION:: BteVe Dolan made a lotion for endorsement s <br /> an ANR Plan; which Lotion was duly seconded by Dennis <br /> B 1 a ri n i and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The- mylar copy of -the plan was signed by the <br /> Chairman. ) <br /> Board Item' <br /> Associate member Position <br /> The Chairman recognized John Paone, 55 Bay Shore <br /> Drive, Mas pee, MA. <br /> Mr. Paone informed the Board that he has been retired <br /> f r one 1 year, having practiced law for .a number- of <br /> years. His practice consisted mainly with corporations <br /> within the Boston area, some litigation, and a fairamount <br /> of business experience, <br /> Since retiring to Mashpee he finds he would life to <br /> volunteer his -servaces within the Town. He has been <br /> involved ed with the construction of two (2) Habitat for <br /> Humanity homes. <br /> Ir. Paone explained his interest in working with the <br /> Planning Board would be to incorporate his legal and <br /> business experience in terms of analyzing problems and <br /> developing solutions t-hereto. He expressed his concern for <br /> the wellbeing of the Town of Mashpee and for the future <br /> development of the Town and would like to contribute his <br /> talents. <br /> 3 <br />
