On September 18, 2013, the Plaintiffs submitted a request for zoning <br /> determination and enforcement to the Mashpee Building Commissioner <br /> i <br /> pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L.c.40A, §§ 8 and 15. <br /> I <br /> 26. On October 21, 2013, the Building Commissioner issued a decision <br /> denying the Plaintiffs' request and ruling that the Mashpee Zoning Bylaws <br /> do not apply below the low water mark of Popponesset Bay, <br /> 27. On November 18, 2013, the Plaintiffs filed a petition with the Mashpee <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals requesting that the Building Commissioner's <br /> determination be reversed. <br /> i <br /> 28. Public hearings were held on the Petition on January 8, 2014 and January <br /> 22,2014. <br /> �Ih meeting on January 22 2014 the Board of Appeals voted to <br /> ,`.29. During the g y pp <br /> ii <br /> deny the Plaintiffs' Petition and to affirm the decision of the Building <br /> Commissioner. <br /> 30. On February 5, 2014, the Zoning Board of Appeals filed its written <br /> decision with the Town Clerk.
