The Town Planner reported the Town clerk as signed off <br /> on the plan, no appeals have been filed. <br /> The chairman recognized Mike Aucoin, who requested <br /> signature of the plan. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to Board approval of <br /> four (4) conditions as based upon recommendations rude in a <br /> letter dated February 2, 2005, by the Consulting Engineer. <br /> . A coin informed the Beard that said charges have <br /> been mad8 to the plan. <br /> The Town Planner made further reference to a letter <br /> received from the consulting Engineer dated April 6, 2005, <br /> regarding drainage concerns and request for soil testing at <br /> said a-reas prior to- final construction. Mr. Rowley <br /> Suggested testing be completed and incorporated into the <br /> in. .pection process. Another condition being that Applicant <br /> provide a signed road covenant prior to signature, which <br /> has been presented, notarized, and which is to be recorded <br /> with the plan. A third condition required a road <br /> maintenance plan prior to signature, which has been <br /> presented, signed and notarized to be recorded with the <br /> plan. <br /> The Board requested Applicant provide them with the <br /> Book and Page- information in order to verify recordings <br /> have been made. <br /> There was also a condition requiring that road and <br /> road maintenance covenants be referenced and recorded with <br /> the plan. <br /> The Town Planner determined that all conditions had <br /> been net with the exception of fir. Rowley' s suggestion that <br /> perc tests be completed prior to drainage construction. <br /> There being no Board questions or concerns, the <br /> Chairman determined that everything appeared to be in <br /> order, and entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: Lee Gurney made a Motion for Board signature <br /> of the Definitive Plan in this matter, subject to <br /> conformance of letter dated April 6, 2005, submitted by the <br /> Consulting Engineer, prior to covenant release; and <br /> provided the road covenants and plans air been recorded <br /> 2 <br />
