Route 130 <br /> Approval of Special Permit Application <br /> For Retail/Office Complex <br /> The Chairman read the hearing notice, called the <br /> Public Hearing to order, and recognized Christopher <br /> Kirrane, representing the- Applicant. <br /> Attorney Kirrane introduced John McShane, Developer; <br /> Rich Claytor, Horsley Witten Group; Jennifer Conley, Conley <br /> Associates; and Stephen Hayes, Architect . <br /> References were made to the Assistant Town Planner' s. <br /> Staff Report; Traffic Study Report prepared by the Town <br /> Planner and response from Conley Associates; Report <br /> submitted by the consulting Engineer; Report received from <br /> the Deputy Fire Chief regarding the turning radius <br /> criteria. <br /> Eric Smith reported that all issues raised in his <br /> Staff Report have been satisfactorily addressed with the <br /> e ce' tion of signage and sight visibility. Request had <br /> been made for identification of signage on Sheets C3 and <br /> A1, which do not show on the revised plans . <br /> The Chairman recognized Stephen Mayes who addressed <br /> the matter of signage. He made reference to visuals he <br /> provided indicating the location of elevation/sign. He <br /> stated the clod. tower is. going to be eliminated from the <br /> plans, there will be no signage at this location, and that <br /> the entire area will be landscaped. He suggested only one <br /> (1) sign is being proposed on the property. <br /> Leo Gurney inquired about the concern raised regarding <br /> risibility. <br /> Mr . Hayes responded by stating the proposed sign has <br /> been relocated back far enough as not to block the view of <br />
