Mr. <br /> McShane responded the traffic study had been based upon the <br /> maximum. <br /> The Town Planner noted Applicant did not provide <br /> annual average daily traffic in the traffic study, nor did <br /> they provide actual counts. He also noted seasonal counts <br /> were not included and referred Applicant to the Cape Cod <br /> Commission information. He made reference to the numerous <br /> traffic studies that have been conducted for Mashpee <br /> projects that have included trip generations, etc. <br /> Applicant did not provide specific information <br /> regarding stopping, sight distance and height location . <br />
