Modification to special Permit to : lo' p. . ; which Mot-ion <br /> was duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing - Willowbend country club;. Inc. - Approval <br /> of Definitive Plan Modification to- : 3o p.,m. ; which Motion <br /> was- duly seconded 'by Dennis Balarini and so Voted <br /> una n irttous y:. <br /> sM fealty Trust Public Hearing - continued <br /> T,he chaIrman requested the matter of water quality be <br /> addressed. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to comments outlined <br /> in his staff Report. The question of whether or not the <br /> project is located within a pond recharge area has not been. <br /> addressed by the Applicant . He stated it is not, however <br /> it is a te.chnical.ity that must be addressed. The well area <br /> and -zone identification in ,this area has not yet -been <br /> developed. Eventually the entire project will -be located <br /> within the well recharge area. <br /> The Town Planner stated the water quality report <br /> submitted by the Applicant does addres all requited item. . <br /> (The consulting Engineer arrived at the Meeting at <br /> this point, : o p.m. ) <br /> The Town- Planner suggested Applicant provide revised <br /> site plans reflecting changes suggested by the Design <br /> Review committee/building Changes. <br /> The Architect explained changes have been made t <br /> elevations only, the size/footprints of the- buildings have <br /> not changed. The terrace area has been revised in order to <br /> accommodate the elevations . The building heigh-ts have been <br /> reduced.. <br /> Ike- did .provide drawings raking reference to Building <br /> 1 elevation viewed from t- e south. He pointed out the two <br /> end elevations, the e"le tion facing the terrace, and that <br /> viewed from Main Street. He explained the buildings are <br /> single-story, inside ceili-ng heights may vary, and that the <br /> do±m'er:s are -aesthetic. <br /> 6 <br />
