Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 20, 2005 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Deck Road Forth, Mashpe , Ma-ssachusetts at 7 : 00 p.m. The <br /> Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis- Bal a ini, Vice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan 7 : ) ; Lee Gurney; Jahn Halachis; <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Myrna -Nuey, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: Eric smith, Assistant Town Planner; and <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she addres-sed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Approval of Minutes- <br /> September 1, 2004 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Lotion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the September 1, 2004 Meeting, as amended, (pg . <br /> 5-"Shoestring"; pg. 6 delete "did,', "Sarah Corc yca": pg. 7 <br /> "ls"; and pg. 12 "lane shifts" ; which Motion was duly. <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney -and so voted unanimously. <br /> (Steve Dolan arrived at the Meeting at this point '7 : 05 <br /> P.M. ) <br /> Street Names <br /> New Seabury Properties LLC <br /> MOTION : Dennis Balarini made a Notion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for May 1 , 2005 at -7 : 2 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Zoning Articles for May Town Meeting <br /> The appointed hour having. arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Hearing Notice and called the Pudic Heating to order. <br /> 1 <br />
