Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> June 15, 205 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room- 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck load North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 0 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, June 15, 2005. The Chairman, Beverly Dane, <br /> presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Balzarini, Vice <br /> Chairman.- Harvey Cohen, Associate Member; Lee Gurney, <br /> Clerk; John H-alachis; Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Myrna <br /> uey. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fuda la, Torn Planner; and Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner . <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> October 2 , 2004. <br /> MOTION: Tennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the October 20, 204 Meeting as amended pg. 1 <br /> correction "Tedeschi" ; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br /> Preliminary Subdivision Plan <br /> C. Talanian Fealty Company <br /> Co ercial, Street and Shellback Tray at SouthCape Village <br /> Approval of Preliminary Plan for Two Street Layouts <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Megathlin, who explained <br /> that according to a Condition of the Planning Board peeia-1 <br /> Permit, private rights of way must be recorded. Those <br /> being Shellback Way and Commercial Street. He made <br /> reference to a letter from their Engineer, Baxter, Nye and <br /> Hol gren, in which request for waivers from the standards <br /> is being made. <br /> Mr. Megathlin explained the subdivision consists o <br /> approximately 24-acres and 4-parcels.
