"" <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a letter from <br /> Applicant' s Engineer requesting waivers, as well as Mr. <br /> Rowley' s letter dated June 1 , 2005 recommending said <br /> waivers be granted. <br /> Mr. Fudala suggested the matter of setbacks be <br /> discussed during the special Permit with reference to the <br /> newly created streets under the commercial center Bylaw. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner noted the Consulting <br /> Engineer has indicated in his comment letter that all <br /> requirements have been met. <br /> There being no further Board discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: Lee Gurney made a Motion to accept the <br /> Preliminary Plan Layout for two 2) street layouts, <br /> Commercial Street and Shellback way at south Cape Village, <br /> dated June 15, 20 ; as well as approval of waiver request <br /> for proposed system of drainage including adjacent existing <br /> waterways and marshes, topographic information by survey <br /> (Mashpee GIs information) and site features; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Dennis Ealarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a further Motion to approve <br /> the Preliminary Plan, subject to those conditions outlined <br /> in Mr. Rowley' s letter slated June 15, 200 ; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 2 <br />
