The Chairman then recognized Helena D'Angelo who <br /> provided the Board with a set of plans entitled, <br /> "Subdivision Plan of Land in I ashpce, MA, prepared for <br /> Stephen and Susan Van Tol, dated February 10, 1992, by Cape <br /> Islands Engineering. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarin-i made a Motion to re-sign. the <br /> -Lot Subdivision Plan approved 17 1-9 4, a3 requested by <br /> Applicant; which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Planning Board- Mebers re-signing said plan: Dennis <br /> Balzarini, Beverly bane, Lee Gurney, John Halachis., and <br /> Myrna Nuey. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater Development, LL <br /> New seabury, off seanest Drive ,and Fairway Lane <br /> Approval of "Flat Pond" Definitive subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice and called the Public Hearing to <br /> order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Larry Kerr from Earth Tech, <br /> representing New Seabury Properties . <br /> The Chairman asked if Applicant was in receipt of Mr. <br /> Rowley' s letter dated July 6, 2005. <br /> Mr. Kerr responded "Yes, we just received it this <br /> evening. " He stated all of Mr. Rowley'. comments in his <br /> June 29th letter have been addressed. The remaining concern <br /> is with two common driveways . <br /> Mr. Kerr explained the first common driveway is <br /> intended to serge Lots 1 through 6 and the second common <br /> driveway serves Lots 23 t-hrough '27 . <br /> Mr. Rowley is suggesting that said driveways be built <br /> to Town standards in the sane fashion as Flat Pond Circle. <br /> Mr. Kerr explained these would be private driveways <br /> serving approximately six separate lots using a low impact <br /> design which is why they show on the plan without formal <br /> curbing and drainage. The intent is to accommodate <br /> drainage with swales along the driveways within the lots . <br />
